About AutoCare NW

WHO IS AUTOCARE NW?

AutoCare NW is a group of NAPA AutoCare centers who formed a NAPA AutoCare Business Development Group, in 1994.  This group’s focus is to join with Owners and Managers of automotive repair facilities and partners in the Northwest, to grow their businesses, develop and share best practices, and support the community.

MARKETING
In addition to NAPA, the group partners with many local businesses and groups to facilitate exciting marketing programs that set the group apart and “make the cash register ring” – that’s what it’s all about.  Following are highlights of the value of the program:

On-Going 12 month marketing, advertising, and community – involvement schedule.
•    Group-owned and maintained website.  Customers can schedule appointments directly with you.
•    Targeted local print and media advertising, working with partners such as the Portland Trailblazers.
•    Local phone number and answering service, created to direct new customers to your shop.
•    Customized 3-5 page website built exclusively for your shop!

TRAINING
As a member of the AutoCare NW, Business Development Group, you will frequently be offered the best pricing on technical automotive training through NAPA and other trainers.  Training is offered each quarter – and is a must for businesses who want to stay current with certifications and technical knowledge.


COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT
In 2008 AutoCare NW teamed up with Albertina Kerr Centers to work with local charities and roll out the “Change for Charity” program.  In 2010, AutoCare NW is partnering with local charitable organizations to provide a vehicle and/or vehicle repairs to families with special needs in the community.

NAPA PROGRAMS AND PROMOTIONS
NAPA Auto Parts partners with the Business Development Group to bring monthly and quarterly promotions that are exclusively for Business Development Group members.  NAPA’s Opt-in Program is a way for BDG members to offer special promotions through its partnership with NAPA and its vendors.
